Our Market Preparedness Evaluation & Consultation is a tool that homeowners use to sell their home quickly and for the highest possible price. We provide you with a comprehensive written report and checklist of recommendations that should be done to improve the salability of the property. Each area of your home, inside and out, is listed along with our first impression of each space. We have prioritized our recommendations to correct the problems that buyers will be noting when deciding if they should purchase your property. Estimated costs to make improvements are included after each recommendation.
Please allow up to 2.5 hours for this consultation. Photos will be taken. After the consultation an Allen Design Gallery folder will be sent to you. The folder contains the written MPE (Market Preparedness Evaluation), tips and tricks, an open house checklist, resources and a bevy of other helpful information tailored to your needs.
The MPE and Consultation gives you all of the information that you need to get started staging your home. You can tackle the job on your own or you can have Allen Design Gallery do some or all of the work for you.
